Sweetgrass is considered by many Native American tribes to be one of the "Four Sacred Medicine Plants" given to us by the Creator. Often referred to as "Hair of Mother Earth" it is most commonly used to dispell negative energy and thoughts and also just enjoyed for its sweet aroma.
